[MISC] Not Serious Retexture

Idk, i only see texture mod that enhance the world of san andreas to make it look more realistic beautiful or whatever, but It could be nice to get a funny retexture mod that change the map with cartoon style / other planet (idk blue grass and green sky or whatever) / dark atmosphere / red tree / etc etc
I mean bring some fun and change the whole atmosphère to give an other experience xP like lsd will do in some way ;O
