Hi there.
Hmm I've tried to make everything shiny as well. May I share with you what I did?
Basically turn your reflections to ultra in your in game settings, then go to :
mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/timecycle
Extract everything that has w_*.xml (for example w_extrasunny, w_clouds, w_foggy, etc)
Then edit them with and look for the lines :
reflection_lod_range_end and change its values to 1000
and reflection_slod_range_end and change the values to 10000
Unfortunately you have to do this for every single w_*.xml files there. Don't forget to back them up!!!
I mostly wanted cars to have shiny textures. That's the reason why I also researched how to do it. Here are some screenshots of my game :

Hi,
I'm looking for how to do shiny clothes, I have to use Zmodeler3 to add the texture in the YDD,
Another issue I have is when I export the YDD, the whole piece is outside the skeleton or something, because it doesn't move with the rest of the body.How can I do both things?

@Shieldsver hell please no!
if you want to enchance your cars shine use differenet ENB, don't need to change whole weather files
@bigsmileling speaking about materials in YTD, play with specular maps, they are the ones that are telling the game how much shine which part should. You can read more about maps in this my topic

Or simply use the white specular map
