Automatic wing sweep script not working ( i assume i installed wrong) any help?

so i got Skylines F-14a from the war pack special edition today , and i found a mod which adds a script to the game which makes the tomcats wings automatically fold and unfold when it reaches a certain speed , i followed the instructions and from what i see i did it correctly , im not sure what i have to do with the src file , but the ini and ddl files are installed , but for some reason the wings are still not sweeping , any help from somebody who has gotten this to work would be greatly appreciated.
