Modding for Beginner (Question)

Hi,
So i wanted to ask, how i could learn how to make Mods for GTA 5. I dont want to make something like Grand Theft Space, but maybe something like Meth Empire or something like that. Does someone knows some good Tutorials or something else where i could learn it.

@h4Ck3D001 you may not noticed but at the top menu of this forum are 4 icons on left next to 5MODS logo and first one is categories. So using it you can get to this page. Best ones are pinned by admins to stay at top (start) so do your research, enjoy and welcome

Thats why i made that post, because i couldnt find any at Tutorials.
