NIBMods Menu and NIBSHDotNet

NIBMods Menu and NIBSHDotNet (NIB ScriptHookVDotNet plugin) killed my game.
During installation it said "Setup package.oiv" using OpenIV (menu Tools, submenu Package Installer)Doing that unpacked all my files into the GTA folder, now my game wont open. I get Error "GTA exited unexpectedly" What files did it change or get added to, so I cant delete them and get my game working.
How do I fix this? what got unpacked and where
