Where to find some vehicle handling mods

DO I need a specific handling mod for the 1978 Plymouth fury from SOLO or can any handling mod work? If you try and turn the car even at 20 MPH it will role the car over. I notice though if I spawn in the regular police cruiser from the spawn list it will do the same. Also what handling mod would you suggest I use ?
