Reskin a Deluxo to Stromberg

I am rather new to modding, I am wondering is there any mod out there that would allow me to get the Stromberg to fly or Is there a way that I can reskin the deluxo to a Stromberg.

I ask because I always thought that the Stromberg in submarine mode would look cooler if it flew.

I would appreciate any help
