Does anybody know the mod which enables music to play in streets?

You know not like an mp3 thingy but a music plays in certain places of streets by speakers. Does anybody know any mods that has the feature?

@kandy0205 if you don't mean like mp3 what means have still playing music while on foot, then it should be map with properties ass speakers all around map
