the game missing textures even without mods PLZ Someone help!!

Whenever I load in Michael's house the interior is missing textures. It fixes when I go out and come in again, but still some of the furnitures(Bed in Michael's bedroom and shelves in dressroom) are missing. It even happens when I delete all my mods and run the game again. Does anybody has solution? Plz help!

When asking for help, having more details can help a lot for you and those you're asking for help from. Making a semi-vague post means others have to dig and it takes longer for you and us to assist. I mean, it's like pulling into a garage and saying "it doesn't work" and expecting the mechanic to magically know what you're talking about.
