FiveM Not running, No App Data, No nothing.

I have been sitting here 6 days straight trying to figure out whats causing all this.
When i download the program (FiveM) I had to click on it 6 - 10 times for it to start downloading cache
I put Fivem directory in a new folder in desktop when cache downloading finishes it says ''Could not load CitizenGame.dll''
But when i moved it to steam folder and download finishes i get frustrated because nothing shows up it shows this in the event viewer:

Which antivirus/firewall software are you using?

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?
YesWhat I already tried so far.
1)verified game files through steam
2)reinstalled FiveM.
3)Updated Graphics Drivers
4)Giving permissions to all users to run and modify FiveM.
5)Updated Windows
6)Updated Games
7)Real time protection is off
8 )Grand Theft Auto & Rockstar launcher have no issues running normally.
9)Installed Malwarebytes and cleaned malwares then turned off the protection.
10)Re-installed MS Visual C++ 2015Is there anything i am missing?

Yeah, checking with FiveM official/community support Sure, some people here might know a thing or two, but like with LSPDFR, this isn't the official support channel for it. You need to try the official channels first.

@Anonymoused281 I have checked with the official website i had no help, So i had to check here hoping anyone might help.
I just have the "Could not load Citizengame.dll" after fivem downloads update and finishes.Thank you anyways,
