Can I use Blender to make MP_Male models?

I am wanting to make a some custom EUP items to release and I don't have 3DSMax, I was wondering whether I could use Blender?

Making a human model in Blender would be a huuuuuge challenge if you ask me. I only open it to make a clear-cut building models or construction elements.
If highly-detailed faces and bodies is your aim, you'll probably have to deal with massive file sizes and memory issues... 3DSMax is a preferred tool for a reason.

I mean like backpacks and tool belts

@Ocean19 You can get the student version of 3Ds Max which is free and use Gims EVO for the 2020 version which should work (haven't tested it myself).
