Critical Error for Script Hook V

Hi, i've some trouble for my GTA V. I want to instal persistence mod, but when i use it, press E, the game just crash and the critical error message "FATAL: Can't find native 0x3DFF319A831E0CDB" appears. Im using GTA 5 1.0.1180.2 version, ScriptHookV_1.0.1868.1, ScriptHookVDotNet v3.0.3. Can you guys help me?
