The cars have low poly interiors please help!

From one day the GTA5 starts with original cars interiors with low quality and the dials are not working
I get all settings to low and I disabled extended distance option but it keeps not loading high quality interior
can someone please help with this problem or knows the mod to stop the game from loading low poly textures?
