Problem with tuning parts

Hi Everyone I had in the last time some problems with tuning parts and I can't repair this problem. So I have roundabout 180 cars in the game and everything works
Fine. Just some problems with a Nissan skyline R34 and some other cars. I can't tuned it. You can just instal a turbo.
Do you guys know how to fix it?

@eddie_r32 search a bit thru the topics, I was writing a lot about tuning parts using on replaced vehicles including explanation of carcols and carvariations files. I think it was this month.
