need help with spawning of heist vehicles

i cant spawn the vehicles like hydra, valkiyre, insurgent and all which i believe are the heist vehicles in online game play. The vehicles are listed in the car spawner option in the trainer. I know that the vehicle has to be there in the vehicle.rpf file inorder to be spawned , but unfortunately its not there . However a bunch of other vehicles like the Marshal, Elegy, Duke etc which are not there in the .rpf file can be spawned. Any idea about what i am dealing with? I cant find mpheist dlc in x64w.rpf , but i was told to search for mpheist line in dlclist.xml, which i found to be there.(thanks @Akila_Reigns ) . So what is that i have to do next inorder to get these vehicles? thanx in advance.
