PLEASE (More AI police action for single player fun) PLEASE!!!!!!

I make short film movies and LSPDFR only keeps crashing my game. Can somebody PLEASE make a mod where the police are more involved around the area so I may join in with my RP as a patrolling officer. Bank robbery's and high speed chases and shoot outs would be awesome so that I can create a player and get in on the action. no need for me to make arrests. It would be nice to watch AI do all that for me.
