Sudden FPS Drops

Hello,

After I installed some mods, I will get constant FPS drops about every 5-10 seconds. This usually occurs if I have been playing the game for some time. Other times it happens when a lot of action happens, and my game gets stuck at dropping from 60 fps - to around 30 - to around 10 - then back up to around 30 and back to 60. It goes away after restarting the game. Can anyone help me out? I believe it may have something to do with some scripted mods.

@Rumblestrut do you have blips enabled with open all interiors, AddBlips and Open All Interiors can cause problems together if you don't edit their settings?

@Rumblestrut number 16 only works if you install number 10 before number 8 but number 8 only works if number 2 is uninstalled but to uninstall number 2 without losing compatibility with number 11 you have to convert number 9 to a format that will be readable by number 4.
