Ultimate British Police Pack 1.3 Crashes

Hi - Have downloaded and installed GTA V via Steam, downloaded Ultimate British Police Pack 1.3, followed the instructions, but when I go to run the game it says the game datacase is corrupt!
Has anyone else come across this?
