Game crashes after first intro

Hello everyone, so im having this problem after a new update from rockstar`s launcher. Once the update finished i ve tried to run the game but it started to crash in the first intro. the error that popped up was "error code 16" What can i do?
my game version is 1.0.1180.2

no, im using Steam version but i have a backup from 1.0.1180.2 so i dont struggle with menyoo and scripthook. it fits to me because i dont use any other mods than car replacements and add on's
