Cutscene recorder?

So today i wanted to record cutscenes in gta 5 via Rockstar editor, but i wanted to just record i mean not changing the camera angles and etc, to export them like normal video.
So anything to do with this?
(I tried no editor restrictions and open camera mod non of them worked)

@Vito_Scaletta Just use an external recorder, like OBS.

Can you gpu driver software handle recording? I know the Radeon software can. Just need to know the shortcut to start it while in game.
