Scripters needed for a big project

Hello guys, i am creating a theme park from scratch but i need help animating the models or creating scripts so you are able to ride them, i dont know how that works but i am making it as a dlc, i dont know if the scripts are just scenes made i have no idea how it works i need help and i will include you in my project
