Can-whether I do mod for weapons, thanks to which you and can modify weapons as want, Replace entire details and change their for example from another weapons, or change the handle weapons, or still anything. So to speak, the improved MKII.
I have a lot of friends who can write code/models.

WILL THE GTA ALLOW US TO DO THIS?
