Clothes glitch out/ twich weirdly
-
I converted a piece of clothing, a vets, in 3DS Max by attaching the new one to an old model. When I'm in-game, the vest stays on the character like its supposed, but a few seconds later it twitches lightly. When I ride a bike at high speed it twitches even more and moves out of its place. The same happens when my character falls for multiple seconds.

@flying_bulletzzz It probably has to do with the wind effects. Certain shaders have wind effects option. Try putting the slider at 0, I believe the option is under the material section

Setting the wind to 0 is wrong way of doing it, the proper way of doing it is:
Vertex Paint - Vertex Color
255
128 (or anything in the middle should work)
0
Vertex Paint - Vertex illumination
0
0
0
Vertex Paint - Vertex Alpha
255
0
0

@HeySlickThatsMe @death7991 Thanks for the help. death7991's way seems to work. Slick's way sounds good but I think I'm doing it wrong because it doesn't work for me. I saw that you can also paint vertices in ZModeler3, but once I am done with painting and export, the piece of clothing gets assigned 1000 times the same shader and the skeleton doesn't work no more.

@flying_bulletzzz Ah yeah... No clue for zmodeler then, this program is always weird, what I said works fine in 3ds max
