[Request] Triumph TR7

hello modding community,
My dad loves his britsh cars, and is a Triumph TR7/8 fantatic. It is a "wedge" looking car. This car has only once made it into a game via a modder from a long time back. They added the car to a game called Richard Burns Rally. The model the added to the game is the rally edition of the car. Unfortunately the mod inject tool no longer works for RBR.
I have downloaded it and been able to convert it to 3ds format. I would love to be able to play just about any game with my dads car. I think GTA5 is the perfect game and it would be a dream to be able to drive my dads car in the game.
