Gta Online AFT Mods?

I'm seeing in tons of images, images from gta online. does this mean that the replacing the files with openiv means its ok to use in gta online and not detected?
Also, i recently did a mod to where a caddy gets replaced with a piano mod, is this ok to go into gta online with this as well?
