Cannot install mods properly after restart

i really need help on this thing,during the first time of mods installation(in a newly installed mods folder and all)the mods work perfectly like a charm,but after restarting the game or pc installing new mods to the same game becomes difficult,it looks as if some changes are made automatically (which i dont know)i know it sounds strange but this is what is happening ,during the second time any new mod installed makes the game crash on the loading screen,but the same mod installed for the very first time runs perfectly(that is installed just after creating a mods folder or before any restart),please help me if you can understand my concern....thanks and stay home
