From online character to singleplayer

Hi, is there a mod or something that could allow me to get Green Martian Alien from Arena War Update to singleplayer in particular? Thank you for any advice.

But if its possible not from director mode or anything because i dont have the alien in online. (I dont know where i can place this question).

@Mentolent If you mean the green alien suit then you can use a trainer like menyoo or enhanced native trainer to change your player model to freemode and then change your clothes.
