[TOOL][WIP] OIV Package Assistant for OpenIV

Hello my modding Friends,
today I would like to show you what I am currently working on.

We all know the struggle of huge mods that take ages to install , like if you have to replace hundreds of texture files.
Neither the modder nor the user want's to create an automatic installable OIV package because it's frustrating and takes pretty long aswell.

Well, I am pleased to tell you that these scenarios are over soon. This tool will be mostly designed for modders to create OIV packages that they can upload.

Modders will be able to create OIV files without even touching the underlying XML, you can edit all information within the application and can import complete folder structures and files. (Folder structures have to be the same as the GTA archives)

Already implemented Features

Create new OIV
Edit all sorts of metadata whithin the OIV
Load existing OIV files
Export OIV files
Import folder structures and files
Visible preview

Stuff that needs to be implemented until release

Convenient XML Editor
Templates (like car mods)
Auto application update

So, where is this tool then?! i wanted to edit an existing OIV, and, to my surprise, found no OIV packager at all, except for a real old one that open with a warning saying saying it's extremely unstable, and that we'll see a new version tomorrow... and that was like 2 years ago.

For the time being, I used an existing OIV file structure, and realized it's really just a renamed ZIP file.
