Changing Road Names in GTA V.

Title pretty much says it all. I am trying to change the road names displayed in-game. I have tried looking around OpenIV to see if I can find something. Anyone know how to?

@Pop3310 the file you're looking for is called "global.gxt2" located in mods>update>update.rpf>x64>data>lang>american_rel.rpf. Extract it as an open formats file, open it with notepad++ or notepad, make your edits then re-import the file
