[ARS] My cars drive slowly?

I have them use custom disciplines, some of the cars aren't very grippy, and are more drift-oriented. When they race with these cars though, they go super slow, especially at the corners. Like, "5 miles-an-hour" slow. Was trying a drift race on Mt. Akina and they were really slow.
Is there a way to have them drive faster? I'm guessing they're trying to minimize grip-loss, but is there a way to make it so they drive faster or drift a little or something? Turning up the traction in the handling can help, but then they're not drifty vehicles anymore.
