Menyoo Crashing at GTA Startup?

So I tried to use Menyoo for the first time, I followed the directions and put the files in my GTA directory but my game keeps crashing before the Rockstar logo even appears upon startup. I've tried to Google for solutions, the instructions seem very straight forward but I can't even get the game to start up. Anyone who has the mod know why?
