my ban says i got banned for mulitple accounts which i did i admit but i didint do anything wrong bsides just makeing clothing mods for the mp characters like ive done nothing but help ur website tbh

That doesn't sound like no reason.
Yes you can be banned just for creating multiple accounts. You'll definitely be banned if you're using your secondary account to rate your own mods or similar. Keep one account from now on.
If you want your old account back, you would likely have to apologize and your new account would have to be banned (so you would only have one unbanned account).

@DrtyMax It's a reason to the mods. Uploading other mods without the original author's permission is also bannable and also a reason to the mods.

Not sure why you got banned this time, but this still applies.
Additionally you went nagging on about an upload approval moments after you uploaded it. Think in your previous approval request threads it's been pointed out repeatedly to use the forum thread for that and to give us about a day to get through the other stuff.

@DrtyMax its against the sites rules to create multiple accounts, especially to circumvent bans. you brough it on yourself by consistently creating new accounts.
