QuantV presets can't be saved

I tried changing the QuantV.ini keybindings and graphic parameters, either in-game by saving multiple times and from the file itself. The parameters are saved in the file, but are not effective in-game.
e.g. changing the keybind for IG menu opening from 'F5' to 'F3' won't change nothing, the menu stills open with 'F5', even if the 'QuantV.ini' shows 'Menu=116 //F3'.

Change the number to 114. The number is what changes the key. The
