Make a new anime [SKIN], [PACK], [SCRIPT]

I am requesting that someone make a skin pack for the anime Re:zero. someone had made a mod similar to it but it got deleted. so i am requesting that. to celebrate the coming of it's second season. to make a pack with the characters Subaru, Emilia, Rem, Ram, Beatrice, and other characters with their own unique abilities. the kind that is shown in the anime.
