hello guys can anybody please explain me one by one how do i instal mods to my gta 5 for pc

Choose a mod you want, download it.
Some need OpenIV tool to install it. Most have instructions or it's an oiv package that will easily install with OpenIV.
OpenIV will help much but also many need ScriptHookV to run.
There are many types mods
it helps to know what mods you want to install.
Don't get frustrated, start learning to figure stuff out.
