Why do the screenshots get cut off when you publish/upload your mod

I have a question concerning why the screenshots get cut off when you upload/publish your mod because sometimes I like to touch up my thumbnail and the text gets cut off and it really bothers me because I don't know the safe zone for the screenshots or anything it would just be better if you could just upload the screenshot without anything cutting off

The aspect ratio that they appear on the category pages is not the same as 1080p/1920x1080 images (16:9 aspect ratio). Honestly I'm not sure why it was done this way... let me look into it and see if I had a good reason

@aidenpatrickPGH But those are different depending on what size image you upload. Those dimensions match yours, but they're not a generic size.
If you view the ones on this page for instance, https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/2015-chevy-silverado they are bigger... unless you make your browser windows smaller, in which case they shrink.
I think if they're above a certain size, they scale dynamically to fit in your browser window. They seem to scale-to-width whilst maintaining aspect ratio.
Or are we talking about different images and I'm barking up completely the wrong tree?
