I don't know if my PC will work or not and I don't know which mod I should use to play with lower graphics and still have the game look decent.
I have
CPU: AMD FX(tm)-6100 Six-Core Processor (6 CPUs), ~3.3GHz
RAM: 8GB (8GB is the max)
Graphics: AMD Radeon HD 6800 Series (1GB)

Your PC will work with GTA V. You can play the game with Normal settings with maybe 3 or 4 at High settings. If you want to make the game look better you can download VisualV. I checked benchmarks of people with your rig and they maintained 30+ FPS with a couple 25+ FPS

Now I gotta go buy it through steam
apparently I can't use the mods because I got the game on Epic Games which sucks
