Spawn Vehicles without Trainer

I can't for the life of me figure out how to get the trainer to work on my Epic version GTA V. Is there a way to spawn custom vehicles within the game without having to use a trainer to do it?

@NayLoMo6C The trainers aren't working because you need scripthookv, which isn't compatible with the epic games version yet. Most spawners need scripthookv, you're going to have to wait for it to be updated.
