Winching mod assitance

Hi all, just would like to find out if anyone has the issue I am experiencing, would like to find some assistance on it,
I am using the mod winch all vehicles, it works on every vehicle besides the tow trucks and heavy wreckers even the standard tow truck that comes with GTA that old looking crap lol
When using a tow truck it starts the winching process but doesnt actually winch/move the vehicle the winch is connected to,
Any assistance would be appreciated
