How to use the MKII Component Recycle mod?

Anyone knows how to attach the weapon components from the mod?

I have it properly installed but I really don't know what to do after that, it doesn't add any additional options on Ammunation to attach the attachments neither does the trainer(ENT Latest) I use adds it.
