i try to edit my car gear but i cant find that from handling.meta . How can i edit car gear or make custom gear please help me and thanks...

I presume you mean how many gears the vehicle has? If so:

handling.meta:

      <nInitialDriveGears value="5" /> <!-- edit value for default amount of gears. Usually ends up with one more once upgraded to racing transmission -->
