The blinkers are mixed up, can you change?

I've downloaded a car but the blinkers / turning lights were mixed up (back LEFT, front RIGHT). Can I change this with OPEN IV (textures, or .metas?) or is this something included in the model?

Not too familiar with car creation, but that sounds like a problem in the model. The dummies/bones are probably mispositioned?
