Sister Location skins (HELP!)

I'm fucking jealous. Probably some of you have come across videos of people like RedHatter or Itsmellslikehonor. In the period from 2017 to 2019, they actively released videos with animatronics skins from the game Five Nights at Freddy's Sister Location. As they stated, these skins are exclusive. Is this true, and is there a person who can convert, say, a SFM model to the GTA V engine?
