I believe that addon ped, I forgot her name, cannot be a streamed ped. Disable the streaming option in addonpeds and see if the issue continues

@Algonquin1234 I took the skin for add-on ped and made it a streamed ped and replaced the Franklin model with it.

@Artem2565 Oh if you want to complete story mode with it or make the game think it's one of the protagonists there is a mod for that. There is no need to replace Franklin or make it streamed.
