Shoting Water - Water gun/Hand held fire truck hose

Is it possible to have the water pressure that comes from the fire truck hose changed to come out of a ped or a ped's weapon? I feel like this is achievable, Would anyone like to take a go at it? In menyoo you can 'breath" blood and fire as a script feature, perhaps blood/fire could be replaced with the water effect from the hose, or from a busted hydrant even? I do know it's possible to attach the busted hydrant effect to a ped via object spooner.
There are enormous possibilities here, think about it, could open up a world of water gun models in the weapon section to go along with it. Oh, and think of the in-game hilarity that could ensue, shooting peds with high powered water. Haha.
