Looking for an existing mod that fixes dead lights on vehicles

There are several vehicles which have optional lights (roof for instance) which do not work.
Ruiner then has no working upcoming lights.Is there a mod that fixes these things, please?

Admin: I did not make a mod request, I was hoping however, if someone knew what the mod was that fixes the lights.
I used to have it, like ages ago...

I've always put mod requests in the Requests category, whether they were new mod requests or just requesting the name of the mod. General Modding is more for asking how to make a mod, in my opinion at least.

I thought, requests was just for that: requests.
Which, IMHO, meant asking to alter or make mods.
Hence, I placed it here when posting.If you like, I will, in the future, post it in Requests?
