How can I make this work for singleplayer, if it doesn't already? I know it's a FiveM mod.

It would need to be converted over to one of the scripting APIs for SP.

You would have to, by hand, convert the code to a different language/scripting API. It may be easier to convert to the LUA script hook since that mod is written in LUA. Remove any code related to multiplayer, and convert from the FiveM API to whatever API you want to use.

@Jitnaught Think i found some mods that do something similar for Singleplayer. Haven't tested them yet though. Morning meds make me drowsy at midday.
