Snoop Dog instead of Lamar Davis?

Hi Guys

Is there a mod that I can use to turn Lamar Davis into Snoop Dog? I would like to do this with almost all offline characters. OR does anyone have a tip on how this works? Does it even work? Should be, right?

Thanks already for hints and tips; otherwise my changes work fine, only with the story characters I can not make it
