How to Fix Modkit ID / Tuning Error.?

I have downloaded car that have extra tuning but when i go to los santos shop or trainer , there is no spoiller or bodykit , no extra just a basic car !
But in the mode of this car there was and everyone enjoys the tuning,
Anyone help what to do ?and explain
