GTAV Bike using Smart Trainer

I have tried 5 times to load the mod that lets one ride a smart Trainer (Mine is TACX NEO2) through the streets of Los Santos. I have followed the instructions on this website (and even found and followed recent videos on YouTube) with no luck. Also I re-installed GTAV 4 separate times to make sure I had a clean set of program files. Is there more explicitly instructions somewhere on what files should go where? Clearly I am missing a step somewhere. When I start GTA in Story Mode - the F5 key does nothing and if I hit F4 I get multiple error notifications, starting with this one: Failed to initiate Script GTBikeV.cyclist because constructor threw an exception: System.IO.DirectoryNotFoundException. I then get 7 more lines of Errors. Any idea what to do?
